Your exact commission rate, up to 25%, is set in your partner agreement. Commission is earned only while a client’s account is active and paying; trial, past-due, and cancelled accounts don’t earn until they’re paying again.

How do clients credit me?

When someone signs up at checkout, there’s a “Referred by” box. They type your referral name, which we give you during onboarding, and the account is linked to you.

What counts as “actively paying”?

A client whose subscription is current. Accounts on a trial, with a failed payment, or cancelled don’t earn commission until they’re paying again.

Does it cost anything to join?

No. There’s no fee to become a partner.

How and when am I paid?

Payout timing and method are written into your partner agreement, so you’ll know exactly what to expect before you refer anyone.

Can I create my own login?

No. For security, only our team can create a partner login, and we do it after your agreement is signed and you’ve been onboarded.
